Position: Care and Support Worker 

Location: Maywood, Wombourne, WV5 8AR

Hours: 15 Hours Per Week 

Contract: Part time / Fixed term for 6 months (covering maternity leave) 

Salary: £10,257.00 per annum (Pro rata'd)

Maywood, ShireLiving service offers people over the age of 55 a home for life where they can live independently within one of our 52 apartments, with the additional reassurance that our team are on-site for 24 hours a day offering safety and security for all of our tenants who all have varying needs. Our team also support our tenants with social activities and events like bingo, live music, active gardening club, indoor bowling, craft activities, breakfast, lunches and snacks. 

When required, Care and Support Workers also support our tenants with personal care, shopping, cleaning, laundry, socialisation, medication management and meal preparation. 

Joining our team at Maywood will mean that you as a Care and Support Worker you will play a vital role in promoting and enabling inclusivity, individuality and independence through respectfully supporting our tenants who lead active lives exploring their interests.
