Salary: £19,153.46 per annum (pro-rata'd)
Hours: 28 hours per week

Vine Court, is one of our Organisations Retirement Living Plus properties, where our Care and Support workers are onsite to provide services unlike the traditional domiciliary care support services in other organisations. As the services are provided onsite this means the following:
- No traveling between customers – work in one dedicated location every shift.

We are looking for Care and Support Workers who demonstrate the behaviours that underpin our organisational values, to ensure that the services to our customers are excellent. As a Support Worker, you will be required to display the following values and behaviours:

Care and Support Workers, must also demonstrate the following values and behaviours:

- Compassion - Requires a level of consideration, patience, empathy and understanding towards others people’s situation and their needs

- Courage - Not to be fearful of trying new things to improve the quality of care and raise any concerns proactively
- Commitment - Provide a positive environment, with flexible and a proactive approach to our customer’s needs, helping to make each day special. Working collaboratively with colleagues and be accountable for providing services that make a positive difference to people’s lives.
