The Role

We are seeking an exceptional Regional Director to lead and shape the delivery of housing and neighbourhood services across a defined region. Working as part of a larger leadership team, including Executive Directors, you will ensure services are customer‑centred, financially resilient and fit for the future; while building strong partnerships across the region and positioning the organisation for sustainable growth.

You’ll lead big, diverse teams, make sure services run smoothly and compliantly, and set the pace for improvement. You’ll shape business plans and make sure everything we do puts customers first.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a wide mix of housing and community services that respond to local needs
  • Inspire, support and challenge colleagues to deliver their best
  • Help set strategy at organisation level, while building strong external partnerships
  • Work with our Executive Team and Board, providing clear insights and ensuring compliance and safety at every step

About You

You are a proven leader who knows how to get the best from people and services. You’ll bring:

  • Senior leadership experience in housing or a similar sector
  • Experience managing large teams and budgets

  • Great communication and influencing skills
  • A track record of driving performance, change and value for money

Above all, you’ll be a visible, inspiring leader who thrives on challenge and is ready to make a lasting difference in our communities.

Why Join Us?

We’re one of the leading housing providers in the West Midlands, with over 33,000 homes across Shropshire, Staffordshire and Telford & Wrekin. This role offers a rare chance to shape strategy, influence sector-wide conversations, and deliver meaningful change for thousands of people.
