The Role

Are you looking for a rewarding career where you truly make a difference every day?  We have a fantastic opportunity for a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our successful Domiciliary Care Service as a Responsive Care Officer.

What Makes Us Unique?

Unlike traditional domiciliary care, all our support is provided onsite within our Retirement Living Plus properties. This means:

  • A stable, supportive environment where you can thrive and be part of our amazing team

Why This Role is Perfect for You:

  • You’ll be surrounded by colleagues and managers who support and uplift you to be the best you can be.

What We’re Looking For:

  • A caring and compassionate nature
  • Strong communication skills
  • Previous experience of working in a Senior Care role as care planning and assessments experience required
  • Desire to support and empower our customers and colleagues everyday

If you have what it takes to put the ‘Plus’ in our Care Plus Service, we want to hear from you!

Care Plus Domiciliary Care is a CQC-regulated service and complies with all guidelines. Due to the nature of the role, an Enhanced DBS check will be required.

What we can offer you :

As well as a comprehensive induction programme and excellent learning opportunities; with mandatory and specialist training available, we can offer 25 days holiday plus bank holidays. We also offer the option to join our contributory pension scheme, access to a dedicated Employee Healthcare Portal, eye care vouchers and a cycle to work scheme. Please see our HPG Benefits  page for more information.
