Job Title: Senior Cleaner

Salary: £25,708.80 per annum 

Location: South Staffordshire 

Hours: 40 hours per week

We currently have a great opportunity for a Senior Cleaner to join our facilities maintenance team in South Staffordshire.

What you’ll do:

  • Clean communal areas inside blocks of flats, corridors, entrance halls, communal lounges, lifts, courtyards, internal and external entrance areas, dustbin areas, walls, ceilings, floors, lights, handrails, stairs, glass, etc. 
  • Complete basic inspections and report any issues as appropriate. 
  • Maintain equipment, ensuring its safe usage and storage.
  • Complete timesheets in accordance with procedures.

Skills and experience required:  

  • Experience of carrying out basic cleaning tasks.  
  • An understanding of basic health and safety requirements.  
  • A commitment to achieving high standards of cleanliness, hygiene and customer care.  
  • The ability to create positive working relationships with colleagues and provide excellent customer service to our customers.
