Job Title: Voids Assistant
Salary: £25,937.60 per annum
Location: Stafford, covering Shropshire and Staffordshire
Hours: 40 hours per week
Contract type: Permanent, Full-time

About the role:
We currently have a great opportunity for a Voids Assistant to join our in-house Construction company, Property Plus, on a permanent basis. We are looking for a dedicated professional to bring our values to life and ensure our customers receive outstanding services.
We’re looking for someone who has:
- Current full UK Driving Licence
- Experience of simple building work (basic DIY knowledge)
- Basic understanding of Health and Safety issues
- Ability to prioritise and be organised
- Ability to work without direct supervision
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
