Job Title: Multi-Skilled Operative - Wetroom Fitter

Salary: £36,051.38 per annum 

Location: Base in Stafford with travel across Staffordshire / Shropshire

Hours / Contract: 40 hours per week / Permanent

What you’ll do:

As a Multi-Skilled Operative who would be covering a wide range of workstreams including kitchens, bathrooms and wetrooms in the Planned team, you will be responsible for carrying out the removal and installation of bathrooms and traditional carpentry duties, floor tiling, and all associated finishes, to an excellent standard


What we’re looking for:

  • Completion of nationally recognised trade qualification or an approved certificated qualification (or time experience) 
  • Working knowledge of current building regulations 
  • Previous experience of wetroom, bathroom, and kitchen fitting and or the ability to plaster 
  • Experience of a social housing repairs and maintenance environment (preferred but not essential) 
  • Carpenter / Joiner experience i.e. completing different trade work 
  • Outstanding customer care skills 
  • Full UK Driving Licence as travel across Staffordshire and Shropshire will be part of the role
